In order to build out a virtual booth for your organization, we need the following items.

  1. Company Name (The name of the company, product, idea, or content. For example, a company name could be “Acme Co” or “Sign up list.” It’s up to you and your use case.)
  2. Company E-Mail (The email where all emails from attendees who click the Register Interest button will be delivered.)
  3. Company Headline (Any short text about the company, e.g. company motto or key message.)
  4. Company Logo (Logo for your company (limited to 2 MB). Recommended size: 1080 x 1080 px. Recommended file types: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif.)
  5. Background Image (Background image for the virtual booth for your company (limited to 2 MB). Recommended size: 1500 x 750 px. Recommended file types: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif.)
  6. About Company (A few words to make the booth more descriptive for the event attendees.)
  7. Tags (Labels or filters to sort booths by categories (e.g. AI, EdTech, FinTech, etc. ) and help attendees to quickly navigate through multiple booths during the event. Basically, what tech space(s) does your company align with.)
  8. Booth Moderators (Who from your company will staff the virtual booth? Please include name and e-mail address for booth staff.)
  9. YouTube Link (YouTube link to video about your company.)
  10. Google Slides Link (The link to any published Slides presentation that is published to the Web. Publishing Slides to the web is easy with File > Publish to the web menu on the Slides page.Note: Once published, be sure to copy the link that’s inside the popup window (not in the Browser address bar at the top of the page). If the presentation is set-up on the Slides to auto-advance, it will not translate through in the booth.)
  11. Website Link (The link that will bring to the vendor’s website in case the Button action is set to Link to website.)
  12. Twitter Link (The link to Twitter profile to get in contact with the vendor on social media.)
  13. Facebook Link (The link to Facebook profile to get in contact with the vendor on social media.)
  14. Instagram Link (The link to Instagram profile to get in contact with the vendor on social media.)
  15. LinkedIn Link (The link to Linkedin profile to get in contact with the vendor on social media.)
  16. Additional Information (You can add description, embed widgets, provide file downloads and insert deep links here. Additional information will show under the video player.)
